Shipping And Returns

Shipping: We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but we generally reserve 1-2 business days for shipment. Please select your preferred shipping carrier during checkout. USPS Priority Mail takes an average of 2-3 business days to arrive. Currently, we are not shipping Internationally.

Return Policy: Scribes’ Pens will accept returns on any of our unused fine writing instruments and Accessory postmarked within 15 days of the original date of purchase. Holiday purchases and Gift purchases will be given an extended return period allowance of 21 days. Simply return the item unused, undamaged and with its original packaging & literature. You will receive a prompt refund minus the shipping & handling charges (if the item was shipped with a “Free Shipping” option there will be a $7.50 shipping fee deducted). All items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to our discounted pricing we cannot cover any return shipping charges. All returns must include a return authorization number (RMA Number) which can be requested from our customer service dept. by email or phone. Our return policy does not include any corporate orders, special orders, or limited and special editions.

Warranty Repairs: We are an authorized dealer for the brands we carry and therefore your product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for any defects. Please contact us for the Manufactures warranty service numbers.
